New Student Enrollment: Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
New Student Online Enrollment is for NEW students only (including those who are returning to the district after attending school in a different district). If your student already attends school in the Montesano School District, you do not need to complete this enrollment process. Families of returning students must complete the Annual Student Information Update in Family Access.
